Rochelle Grayson is a trilingual, Afro-Latin woman of African-American and Puerto Rican heritage who grew up in the United States and Germany and now calls Canada home. A digital strategist, educator, and serial entrepreneur, she bridges technology, culture, and collective wisdom to shape more equitable futures.As Founder of Mosaic Accelerator and Co-Founder of Circles of AI, Rochelle empowers underrepresented innovators and organizations to adopt AI responsibly, creatively, and sustainably.A recipient of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women and Canada’s Top 20 Black Tech Entrepreneurs, Rochelle’s work spans ethics, innovation, and equity—guiding communities to approach artificial intelligence as an act of stewardship.
